Perichoresis

I wrote this poem why housesitting for a friend who had a koi pond. The title Perichorisis refers to the divine dance that sustains all creation.  The image of the dance provides a metaphor for the dynamic relationship of God as the Trinity.

The poem is a sestina and is the only poem using a complex form I have ever successfully completed.
